This is a short group experience that Dolores Cannon used to facilitate. It is done in alpha, a light state of relaxation and is safe to be done both in-person and on-line.

This is not QHHT^®, which is a personalized 1-1, in-person experience that takes you into a deep state of relaxation.

• The workshop takes place either in person or on-line, depending on the situation
• The group consists of a limited number of people
• It lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours
• If there's no group workshop scheduled in the near future, we can schedule one for you and your friends on request
