1) Book your session<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Before the session<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You'll be contacted for a discovery call, finalize your booking and get your invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You'll get all the info you need to get ready for your session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) On the day of your session<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will spend time to get to know you and your life better and discuss the reasons you wish to have this experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will talk about how easy and natural it is to enter a beautiful state of relaxation and everything else needed for opening up to your inner guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hypnosis part will be audio recorded and sent by e-mail within 24-48 hours after the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While in the deep state of relaxation, your Higher Self will orchestrate the experience in the most appropriate way for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the end, I will gently bring you back into a wide awake state and we will discuss a bit about your experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A QHHT\u00ae<\/sup> Practitioner works with mentally healthy people, does not prescribe meds, does not offer any substitute for medical treatment and cannot recommend you to interrupt whatever your physician has prescribed or advised you to do.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

QHHT\u00ae<\/sup> is not recommended for individuals who suffer from various mental illnesses such as psychosis, schizophrenia etc. These individuals require supervision from their physicians\/psychiatrists and may benefit from such techniques only in the presence of, or with the approval of, the physicians\/psychiatrists who are monitoring them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
